Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Grant Writing Expert to manage and oversee the entire grant writing process. This role involves working closely with our operations and success teams, as well as directly with clients, to develop compelling grant applications. You will play a key role in maximizing funding opportunities for Vee’s mission and our nonprofit partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Grant Writing & Management:

Oversee the end-to-end grant process, including research, drafting, and submission of grant proposals and LOIs for nonprofit clients.

  • Client Collaboration:

Work with clients to gather relevant information and align grant applications with their strategic goals and funding requirements.

  • Internal Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure grant proposals align with operational capabilities and client objectives.

  • Grant Research:

Identify and evaluate new funding opportunities from foundations, federations, and other potential sources.

  • Grant Reporting:

Track grant deadlines and ensure timely reporting to funders on outcomes and impact.


  • Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of grant writing experience, ideally with foundations or federations.
  • Skills: Strong research, writing, and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams to align grant applications with strategic goals.
  • Organization: Excellent project management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple grant submissions simultaneously.
  • Location: This is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL. Candidates must be able to work both remotely and on-site as needed.
