About the Role:


We are excited to grow our team of high school teachers who are committed to continuously improving curriculum and instruction through collaboration. As a teacher with Talent Vision, you will be placed in a role where you will be expected to:


  • Demonstrate expertise in Mathematics content knowledge, particularly in High School Algebra 2/Pre-Calculus.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of Mathematics interventions targeting specific math skills.
  • Be comfortable with online applications to enhance learning.
  • Design and implement curriculum and assessments that measure progress towards academic standards.
  • Use data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices.
  • Be receptive to weekly coaching and committed to growing and strengthening your practice.
  • Provide consistent rewards and consequences for student behavior.
  • Implement multiple techniques to increase student engagement and check for understanding.
  • Be accountable for students’ mastery of academic standards.
  • Be familiar with Google Classroom and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.


Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Teaching experience in an upper elementary, middle, or high school with an underserved population.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Valid NJ Teacher Certification completed or in progress.
