Job Description:

  • The Manager, Account Management will be responsible for overseeing a small team of account managers who are focused on renewal, retention and upsell within their book of business.
  • The Account Management Manager will be coaching and supporting their team on renewing their annual subscription for advisory support services and upselling consulting services.
  • The Manager must be seen as a trusted resource that can understand client needs and objectives, drive business plans and flag any potential at-risk accounts that need escalation.
