Overview:

Job Title: Classroom Trainer

Location: Onsite in Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $45-50K

Travel: Minimal, with occasional travel required for training at the main office.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM



Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement engaging training sessions that cater to the needs of new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, and visual aids, to support learning.
  • Facilitate both classroom-based and online training, adapting to different learning environments.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards through effective training on regulations and procedures.
  • Continuously assess the impact of training programs and make improvements to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Contribute to cultural initiatives within the organization by supporting educational programs and activities.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in training, with a proven ability to deliver effective programs.
  • Proficient in using various technology tools and platforms to facilitate training.
  • Ability to travel as needed and flexibility to work varied hours based on training schedules.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
