Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Instructor to join our team at Tulsa Welding School. As an Electrical Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of electrical training, ensuring they receive the highest quality education and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive electrical training programs, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure students meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
  • Conduct regular classroom and laboratory inspections to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical training or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to off-campus locations as required.
