Manufacturing Engineer

Requirements:
• BS in mechanical, material science engineering with 3-5 years industrial experience, or
associate’s degree with 8+ years relevant industrial experience
• Experience in aerospace or automotive forging application and processes
• Ability to design and develop closed die forging processes for precision forgings
• Ability to independently execute on tasks within a collaborative development environment
• Experience working to meet aggressive deadlines for highly demanding, top tier customers
• Experience mapping and defining process limits for new technologies (including both
fundamental and SPC approaches), and in creating appropriate process and product
documentation sets and systems for internal and customer use
• Excellent mechanical skills, and extensive hands-on experience using and troubleshooting forge
equipment
• Expertise in creating, editing and controlling PFMEAs and Control Plans
• LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or other process certification is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and project
requirements effectively with a strong worth ethic and problem-solving skills
