Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for generating new business through sales and marketing efforts and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.


Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Account Management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Customer satisfaction analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the steel industry is a plus
