Empowered Staffing is partnered with a prominent business leader who owns multiple healthcare and ancillary companies nationwide. He is searching for a dynamic Executive Personal Assistant to join his team in the Lincolnwood/Evanston area to manage a variety of professional and personal tasks. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work closely with a highly influential CEO, a competitive compensation package, excellent health benefits, hybrid/remote flexibility, and endless opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and ensure the CEO is prepared for meetings with the necessary materials and information.
- Screen and prioritize emails and phone calls, and draft and respond to communications as needed.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Manage personal tasks including scheduling personal appointments, handling personal errands, and managing household affairs if required.
- Assist with special projects and ensure timely completion and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting a senior executive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
