Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and ensure the CEO is prepared for meetings with the necessary materials and information.

  • Screen and prioritize emails and phone calls, and draft and respond to communications as needed.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Manage personal tasks including scheduling personal appointments, handling personal errands, and managing household affairs if required.

  • Assist with special projects and ensure timely completion and follow-up.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting a senior executive.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
