Full-time Day Shift: 6 am - 2 pm
Weekend Shifts: PM (2 pm - 10 pm) - every weekend or every other weekend
Weekend Overnight Shifts: 10 pm - 6 am - every weekend or every other weekend
Compensation:
- Up to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering care to residents under the guidance of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. This role is vital in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document vital signs.
- Record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
- Identify and report any abnormal changes in residents' health to a supervisor.
- Assist residents with medication reminders, personal hygiene, dressing, and daily living activities.
- Support residents in transferring, positioning, and turning.
- Provide skin care as needed.
- Contribute to residents' assessments and care plans.
- Deliver nursing rehabilitation and restorative services.
- Care for residents with cognitive impairments.
- Follow the care schedule established by the supervisor.
- Offer emotional and social support to residents.
- Uphold and protect residents' rights, ensuring they make informed choices and are treated with dignity.
- Report any resident concerns to the supervisor.
- Encourage residents' independence and respect their privacy.
- Be familiar with emergency protocols and evacuation plans.
- Participate in all required training and staff meetings.
- Maintain a safe working environment by preventing accidents and adhering to safety practices.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude towards residents, families, and colleagues.
- Comply with all policies and procedures of Lincolnwood Place.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; or one to three months of related experience or training.
Experience: Minimum of one year in a related role.
Special Certifications: Valid CNA license required.
Skills:
Basic computer proficiency, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
