What the right candidate will have:


  • Must have prior knowledge UKG Pro WFM
  • Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end change, documentation or training implementations of UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems
  • Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage.
  • Advanced presentation skills, including narrative development, content development and message delivery via various documentation, training and communication channels.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and organizational dynamics, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, HR Management, Communications); relevant certifications preferred.


Responsibilities of the right candidate:


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather documentation and training requirements and develop effective solutions, including but not-limited to job aids, infographics, banners, step-by-step instructions, training decks, e-learnings, etc.
  • Partner with stakeholder to ensure requirements are captures, materials are understood, and effective
  • Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption
  • Focus on designing and developing plans that are comprehensive, scalable and sustainable
  • Collaborate with team to establish best practices for style, branding and content development.
  • Design and develop comprehensive and immersive training experiences, including e-learning and instructor-led courses for both in-person and virtual delivery.
  • Development of global HR Portal employee, manager facing content and coordination with country leads for country specific documentation
  • Identify areas to streamline and optimize processes. Identify opportunities for the support channels and portal functionality to engage with target audiences, both proactively and reactively
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to identify critical knowledge assets and facilitate the creation of knowledge
  • Drive adoption of knowledge management processes and tools through training programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns
  • Provide status reports and updates to Project Manager and other project team members appropriately.
  • Work closely with IT, HR, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless solutions, driving agility and efficiency across the organization.
