Technical Client Success Manager

Essential Role and Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through strategic planning for long-term success.
  • Maintain excellent client service, resolving issues promptly and proactively seeking feedback.
  • Consultative Selling: Qualifies potential clients for Medicus Managed and Professional Services; builds rapport, asks probing questions to uncover business needs, applies product and market expertise, presents tailored solutions, and manages Quarterly Business Review process.
  • Identify and address at-risk client relationships.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver comprehensive proposals with ROI justification.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and service providers.
  • Coordinate project implementations and act as a communication interface.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Leadership on QBR reviews and recommendations.


Job Requirements:

  • 2-5+ Years of IT experience working with Microsoft Technologies (O365, windows servers)
  • MSP experience preferred, with ConnectWise experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; project management certification preferred.
  • 5+ years in IT business roles, engaging with C-Level and IT Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ethical conduct and integrity in business dealings.
  • Negotiation and sales skills, with a focus on achieving goals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and manage time efficiently.
  • Proven ability to build and motivate teams, fostering positive work environments.
