HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Lead site civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Utilize strategic planning abilities to make decisions that drive company growth and project success.
  • Manage client relationships and satisfaction, ensuring ongoing opportunities for future projects.
  • Apply extensive industry knowledge to oversee project development, including scope, schedule, and cost management.
  • Engage with Project Managers and teams to align project objectives with client needs and company standards.
  • Represent the firm in all aspects of projects, from client interactions to community engagements, ensuring the company's values are upheld.


ARE YOU A SITE CIVIL ENGINEERING ROCK STAR?

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on site development in the Nashville area.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and guide teams to successful outcomes.
  • Proven experience in client management, with the ability to maintain and grow relationships.
  • Excellent understanding of site development engineering and construction practices, including local permitting processes.
  • Ability to represent the firm confidently in various forums, including client meetings and community events.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
