This firm is recognized as one of the largest global law firms serving a diverse range of clients, with almost 2,000 attorneys in 40 offices around the world.


About the role:

The practice provides counsel to a diverse range of employers, from large multinational corporations to smaller, single-site companies. Clients span industries including technology, pharmaceuticals, retail, banking, manufacturing, broadcasting, construction, mining, energy, financial services, healthcare, and government. The role involves:

  • Drafting and reviewing employment policies and related documents, such as offer letters, employment agreements, and separation agreements.
  • Handling labor and employment issues in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.


Qualifications:

  • Six plus years of litigation experience on a wide range of employment issues including wage & hour and single plaintiff discrimination/harassment matters.
  • Prior experience with traditional labor relations is a plus but not required.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Admitted to practice in Oregon.
  • JD from accredited law school.
