Full Description:
Emphases for the Enterprise Program Manager candidate will be a Project Lead to manage daily activities of a team responsible associated with new Financial and Administrative Applications efforts, overall tracking of those efforts, existing enhancements, defects, and bug fixes.
Work with IT Leadership and Finance and Operations to confirm priorities, make adjustments as needed, identify gaps, assist with developing and maintaining roadmap.
- Assist program areas with resolving any reported issues.
- Adhere to industry best standards, Security and IT policies and standards.
- Work with IT Leadership and provide technical support on the project.
- Ensure Business Requirements are defined and tracked.
- Ensure technical requirements and work breakdown support business requirements.
- Work with team and stakeholder to identify gaps.
- Follow and ensure IT Change Management process for system production changes.
- Monitor activities and user stories in Microsoft DevOps.
