Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Organizational Change Management Specialist to spearhead the development and delivery of change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, skilled in content creation and training, and proficient with various Microsoft tools and cloud-based training development tools. This role involves leading the OCM strategy, stakeholder engagement, change communication, and training development and delivery. Reports to the Senior OCM.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the training and performance support needs analysis, design, build, and delivery efforts across the IT organization. Coordinate training SMEs and support the content creation for project training.
  • Lead the creation, building, and delivery of comprehensive training content.
  • Utilize Microsoft tools and cloud-based training development tools such as Articulate, Canva, and Captivate to develop engaging training materials.
  • Ensure training content is tailored to meet the specific needs of end users and operational business units.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements related to consent and preference management.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring requirements are translated into actionable plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various teams across the organization to ensure smooth execution of change management activities.
  • Create business process documentation and change management communication materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication departments for external-facing communications.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users and business units.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and change management communications.
  • Ensure training and support materials are clear, concise, and effectively address the needs of the audience.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in leading organizational change management, with a strong focus on content development and training.
  • Experience building strong visual presentations.
  • Hands-on experience in building and delivering training content.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools and cloud-based training development tools such as Articulate, Canva, and Captivate.
  • Experience in Prosci methodology.
  • Business writing skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and gather requirements effectively.
  • Ability to administer capability and skills assessments.
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Ability to measure and evaluate adoption and performance of change initiatives.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and participation in sprint cycles.
