The Training Development Specialist is Needed
The Training Development Specialist Lead will ensure all stakeholders in the organization are fully informed, educated and trained on the relevant services, processes, policies, technologies and data needs.
Responsibilities:
- The training development specialist Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the training and performance support needs analysis, design, build, and delivery efforts across the IT organization. Coordinate training SMEs and support the content creation for project training.
- Partner with SMEs, Business Clients, and application vendors to build new training content and/or update existing materials.
- Design, plan, and implement policies, procedures and management metrics to control and monitor training performance and effectiveness.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and performance support materials. Continuously improve training and performance support materials as needed.
- Provide customized training in accordance with the project needs.
Qualifications:
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in training and performance strategy definition and implementation
- Training and performance support design
- Training and performance support development
- Business writing
Pay rate: 80 dls per hour
