Corporate Recruiter


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify internal hiring needs, understand job requirements and update job descriptions.
  • Recruit potential candidates whose skills align with the company's needs.
  • Review and screen resumes from applicants.
  • Administer initial phone interview with candidate.
  • Conduct Reference Checks on potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in interviews with hiring managers as needed.
  • Create and manage candidate communication throughout the staffing process.
  • Utilize social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to advertise open positions and connect with relevant candidates.
  • Attend local networking events to interact with potential candidates.
  • Represent Client at job fairs to attract top talent.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Research and Process Immigration visas for candidates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • An exceptional work ethic, organization, and efficiency.
  • An excellent communicator, able to attract and engage.
  • Ability to quickly translate business needs into recruiting strategies and tactics.
  • Experience sourcing candidates, using both traditional and innovative recruiting practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in aerospace, manufacturing, automotive or technical recruiting. Armed forces background and/or recruitment experience with federal contractors is highly desired.
  • Experience sourcing candidates, working with job boards, social networking tools, etc.
  • Prior direct interaction with hiring managers/clients.
  • Proficient in MS office suite software, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
