Corporate Recruiter
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify internal hiring needs, understand job requirements and update job descriptions.
- Recruit potential candidates whose skills align with the company's needs.
- Review and screen resumes from applicants.
- Administer initial phone interview with candidate.
- Conduct Reference Checks on potential candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in interviews with hiring managers as needed.
- Create and manage candidate communication throughout the staffing process.
- Utilize social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to advertise open positions and connect with relevant candidates.
- Attend local networking events to interact with potential candidates.
- Represent Client at job fairs to attract top talent.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Research and Process Immigration visas for candidates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- An exceptional work ethic, organization, and efficiency.
- An excellent communicator, able to attract and engage.
- Ability to quickly translate business needs into recruiting strategies and tactics.
- Experience sourcing candidates, using both traditional and innovative recruiting practices.
Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience in aerospace, manufacturing, automotive or technical recruiting. Armed forces background and/or recruitment experience with federal contractors is highly desired.
- Experience sourcing candidates, working with job boards, social networking tools, etc.
- Prior direct interaction with hiring managers/clients.
- Proficient in MS office suite software, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
