Job Overview: The Digital Content Manager maintains the online presence of the International Psychotherapy Institute (IPI) across theipi.org and freepsychotherapybooks.org. This role involves web content management, marketing, technology support, and overseeing the e-book project.


Key Responsibilities:


Web Content Management:

●      Manage Membership Press software interface and payment gateway.

●      Collaborate with director, program chairs, and administrator for content updates.

●      Maintain and update website content.

●      Liaise with web developers to align organizational goals with technical capabilities.

●      Regularly audit and update site information.

●      Troubleshoot website issues.

●      Analyze Google Analytics to improve client engagement

●      Manage SEO with partners.

●      Coordinate security updates with IT partners.

●      Collaborate with marketing partners

●      Oversee domain registration and server hosting.


Qualifications:

This role requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking and managing various aspects of digital content and marketing within the IPI.

●      Proficiency in WordPress and SEO practices.

●      Familiarity with Memberpress would be an asset

●      Basic Payment gateway knowledge as it applies to memberpress software

●      Experience in digital marketing, content creation.

●      Strong project management and communication skills.

●      Familiarity with setting up Zoom meetings

●      Maintain digital account records (incl. PepWeb, Zoom accounts)


Location:   Remote possible, On-site preferred

Salary: 20 hrs weekly, $40-45,000 per annum
