Role Description

This full-time role as a Medical Skincare Sales Lead and Educator at GLOWBIOTICS involves a hybrid work arrangement, based in Mesa, AZ, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Lead and Educator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training. They will play a crucial role in promoting and selling GLOWBIOTICS products while providing educational support to customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Medical Account Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive international and domestic sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the medical skincare sector.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities, clinics, and aesthetic practices internationally and domestically.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to highlight the features and benefits of our medical skincare products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing to create and implement effective promotional plans for international and domestic clients.

Product Education and Training:

  • Serve as a global subject matter expert on our medical skincare product line, staying abreast of international and domestic market trends and advancements.
  • Develop and deliver international and domestic educational programs and training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper usage and application of our skincare solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients worldwide, addressing product-related queries and concerns.
  • Become an expert on our skincare product line, including understanding ingredients, formulations and potential benefits for different skin types and conditions.

R&D Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the R&D team to provide market insights, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and innovation based on international trends and demands.
  • Participate in R&D projects, offering input on product development and ensuring alignment with global market needs.
  • Work with labs on product development feedback and revisions

 Brand Positioning and Messaging:

  • Define and maintain the brand's positioning in the market, ensuring that marketing materials and educational content consistently reflect the brand's values and goals.
  • Craft compelling and accurate messaging that resonates with the target audience, balancing marketing appeal with educational value.

Market Research and Feedback:

  • Stay informed about international market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
  • Gather feedback from global clients and healthcare professionals to contribute to product improvement and development initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to global client engagement.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to share insights, market trends, and client feedback.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and traditional advertising


Qualifications

  • Experience in lesson planning, education, and communication
  • Ability to effectively teach and train others
  • Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of probiotic skincare and its benefits is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Licensed esthetician is preferred
