Assistant Property Manager | Class A Office | $70k - $75k base salary | Boston, MA
Hays Commercial Real Estate have partnered with a hugely successful commercial owner/operator, who are actively recruiting for an exciting opportunity within their Boston portfolio for an Assistant Property Manager to support a key class A office building.
Reporting into the Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management of day-to-day operations and financials across the asset, with a key focus on maintaining the highest levels of tenant and client relationships. Duties will include, but not limited to, conducting regular property inspections to ensure building standards are being met, assist with annual budget and financial reporting, managing vendors, overseeing work orders, and ensuring regular contact with tenants to maintain strong relationships. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day to day duties of the onsite admin, security, and engineering staff.
What you'll need to succeed
· 2+ years experience of commercial property management experience, preferably in a class A office setting.
· Knowledge of commercial building operations and finances.
· Excellent time management, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve.
· Detail orientated, with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
· Knowledge with Yardi, Microsoft Office.
