Response Media is looking for an Email Campaign Manager. This person is responsible for the execution of email programs for all of RM’s clients. This is an email marketing production role.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Managers and developers to test, send, and monitor regular email sends and automated sends
  • Build reports on sends and work with accounts and strategy teams to improve future sends
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge for clients and their existing processes within the marketing automation platforms

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience testing and sending email marketing campaigns
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Braze, etc
  • Ability to segment and target audiences
  • Ability to setup marketing automation / workflows
  • Strong knowledge of deliverability, inbox placement, IP warmups, and general email best practices
  • Proven ability to work on multiple clients at a time in multiple different platforms (such as in an agency environment)
  • Strong organization and written communication skills, and the ability to document processes and procedures

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SQL or any query / database language
  • Some familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other front-end scripting languages (including platform specific scripting language such as ampscript)
  • Experience with setting up lifecycle/nurture/recurring emails
  • Familiarity with testing protocol and testing platforms (such as Email on Acid or Litmus)
  • Familiarity with deliverability tools and resources such as mailmonitor, 250ok, InboxMonster, etcExperience sending SMS, Push campaigns through automated platform

Bonus Skills:

  • Certifications in one or more marketing automation platform
