Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and post social media content to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and TikTok
  • Utilize Canva and original photos and videos to create content
  • Schedule posts 6 weeks in advance
  • 12 posts each day between all channels
  • Monitor and reply to all messages and comments on all social channels
  • Oversee press release scheduling, editing, and communication with PR Firm and EVP of Marketing
  • Create rough drafts of social ads and facilitate communication with vendor for planning and implementing of new paid social media ads
  • Monitor success/failure of ads
  • Interview clinicians, trainers, and technicians for social media content
  • Analyze engagement and traffic metrics and adjust social media strategies accordingly
  • Train and actively manage the sales team on reposting strategy and enforce participation
  • Film LoFi videos for social when there are onsite trainings and demonstrations

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in social media content creation that led to increase in awareness, traffic and lead generation (primary focus on awareness and lead generation)
  • Experience managing Google Ads via PPC and SEO campaigns
  • Prior experience leveraging Google Analytics to shape social media creative. Ability to derive actionable insights from analytics
  • Portfolio of post design content through Canva or similar tool
  • Ability to create an array of posts and schedule out in advance to meet internal KPI’s
  • Experience working inside of a B:B sales org
  • Cross-functional marketing experience
  • Experience working and excelling in a start-up environment or analogous always-evolving environment
  • Strong communication, organization and project management skills
  • Ability to support Marketing leadership in proofreading and other ancillary copy review tasks
  • Ability to work 5 days/week in office in Park City, UT

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree but not required
  • Minimum of 3 years of B:B social media manager experience
