- Support product owner in evaluating various applications & business process
- Work closely with stake holders and facilitate process workshops
- Coordinate with multiple stake holders and business users
- Create business process document and application specifications
- Create process flows & use cases
Skills Required:
- Seasoned Business Analyst with 10+ Years in Banking IT services.
- Good knowledge and experience on Banking domain (preferably Core Banking & Card Payments).
- Very Strong in Requirement gathering and documentation.
- Understanding of different process and systems involved in a banking ecosystem.
- Ability to identify the best solution/approach across platforms.
- Prior experience on implementing banking product (Nice to have)
- Excellent analytical skills for business process modeling & process re-engineering.
- Excellent communication and stake holder management skills.
