Properties include The Deauville Inn in Strathmere, Yesterday's Creekside Tavern, Right Turn Liquors, and Captain Obadiah's Seafood in Marmora. Dr. Fox and the Leadership team are dedicated to seeking waterfront properties in need of capital and direction.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Sous Chef at Yesterday's Creekside Tavern in Marmora, NJ. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating and executing menu items, managing food quality and safety standards, and leading kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Culinary Arts, Food Safety, and Menu Planning skills
- Experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
- Creativity in developing and executing menu items
- Knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in high-volume dining establishments is a plus
