Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join their Content and Creator Ecosystem team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of content creation and consumption on their platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that enhance the experience for creators and users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Content and Creator Ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products and features.
- Conduct market research and user interviews to gather insights and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop and prioritize a product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and inform future strategies.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in internet content platform companies.
- Strong understanding of content ecosystems and the needs of creators and consumers.
- Familiarity with recommendation systems, machine learning, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for social media, content creation, and the community our client serves.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in social media and content platforms.
