With two decades of experience, 42connect is an established digital marketing agency renowned for its achievements with a diverse clientele, spanning Fortune 500 corporations to small family-run businesses.  Based in Cleveland, our operational style blends in-office and remote work. Additionally, we've established a Denver satellite office with remote team members. As we continue to expand, we're looking for skilled individuals who can help us elevate our business even further.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


  • Interact with clients; assess their needs; build mutually beneficial relationships while managing their expectations through effective communication
  • Creation, maintenance, and delivery of detailed project plans, project estimates, and project proposals based on the project scope
  • Create and identify the project scope, including, but not limited to, project requirements and sitemaps
  • Create and define project goals and milestones and ensure that they are met by working closely and communicating with the project team regularly
  • Identify, document, and manage the scope and change requests
  • Coordinate daily tasks and project resources with the team
  • Manage and understand the impacts of priority, scope, timeline, and resource decisions
  • Suggest options and make recommendations while balancing dates, resources, and expectations
  • Improve and document current project management processes and help develop new ones


Desired Experience and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of account management / project management experience
  • Must have strong communication skills, including clear, effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple concurrent, complex, and highly visible projects.
  • Expert knowledge MS Office or Google Drive and G Suite applications.
  • Knowledge of website technology, user experience, development, and digital marketing.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Fast learner - self-motivated and able to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously
