The CLUB aims to build a critical mass of women leaders in Silicon Valley and offers various programs and networking opportunities to help women succeed in their careers.


Role Description

This is a contract role for a part-time Community Engagement Manager at the CLUB. The Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing community engagement initiatives, organizing programs and events, communicating with the CLUB members, and overseeing community outreach efforts. This is a hybrid role with the majority of the work to be performed onsite in Palo Alto, CA, but with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Community Engagement, Communication, and Community Outreach skills
  • Program Management and Project Management skills
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in community engagement or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
