This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3-10 years of experience who specialize in defending against all types of Construction Defect claims. Our team is committed to effectively moving cases through the legal system while vigorously defending our client’s interests in court. Discover Your Role
Construction Defect Practice Group
As an Attorney specializing in Construction Defect, your role will involve:
- Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity
- Draft discovery and respond to discovery
- Draft and respond to discovery-related motions
- Regularly attend court appearances
- Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
- Draft motions for summary judgment

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Admitted to practice in the State of California.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
- Regularly attend court appearances.
- Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
