This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3-10 years of experience who specialize in defending against all types of Construction Defect claims. Construction Defect Practice Group


As an Attorney specializing in Construction Defect, your role will involve:


  • Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity
  • Draft discovery and respond to discovery
  • Draft and respond to discovery-related motions
  • Regularly attend court appearances
  • Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
  • Draft motions for summary judgment

  • Admitted to practice in the State of California.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
  • Regularly attend court appearances.
