The Inside Sales Manager has a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and exceeding revenue targets in the B2B software-as-a-service (SAAS) industry. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, providing guidance and coaching to the sales team, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of SAAS sales cycles, and a passion for driving results.

This is an in-office position and candidates must be willing and able to work in our beautiful Tempe Town Lake location.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings to communicate sales targets, provide product updates, and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies, optimize lead qualification processes, and ensure effective handoff of leads to the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing training, development, and performance feedback to the inside sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product management, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive innovative sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges.


Qualifications


  • Proven track record of success in B2B SAAS sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales or sales management roles.
  • Strong understanding of SAAS sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, and closing processes.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
