What we are looking for in a Marketing Specialist

  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to create ongoing social media campaigns that engage, nurture, and build community. Prior experience coordinating and promoting events is a plus. Comfortable using tools like Hubspot, Zoho, Claude.AI, OpusClip, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ambition: A self-starter with a creative mindset who loves to learn and test new ideas. You’re excited for the opportunity to play an integral role in our marketing team’s mission to be the most trusted go-to source for all things solar energy.
  • Ownership: You’ll be tasked with owning/contributing in several areas, including social media, trade show coordination, event promotions, ordering marketing materials and other administrative tasks, creating basic graphics, and more. This will require you to balance multiple projects at once with competing deadlines.
  • Team Player: We’re a small team of marketers. You must be willing to wear multiple hats, sometimes step outside your job description, take on a wide variety of tasks, and be motivated to help the team be successful.
