The ideal candidate will serve as the welcoming face of our wellness center, providing exceptional service to our esteemed clientele. Our facility is dedicated to delivering a luxurious experience with personalized health programs, ensuring no wait times and a truly individualized approach to wellness. We leverage cutting-edge technology and expert knowledge to enhance overall health, nutritional balance, weight management, and athletic performance. Our comprehensive services encompass soft tissue therapy, personal training, physical rehabilitation, IV therapy, gourmet meal preparation, and advanced medical treatments, all supervised by a licensed physician and certified professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and visitors both in person and via phone, addressing inquiries and delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Act as the primary liaison for services and sales, guiding clients to appropriate services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide pre- and post-visit support for clients, which may include preparing chef-prepared meals or beverages.
  • Safeguard client confidentiality regarding personal and financial information.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by adhering to established policies and procedures, reporting necessary changes.
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with clients, staff, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Assist staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in coordinating services efficiently.
  • Strong computer skills; familiarity with Mindbody and Elation EMR is advantageous.
  • Experience with Apple technology (iMac, MacBooks, etc.) is preferred.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with calculators.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through capabilities.
Education and Experience
  • An associate degree or equivalent is preferred; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the service industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office software, point-of-sale systems, and telephone systems is essential.
  • Previous experience in any of our service modalities is a plus.
  • A background in hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
Additional Information
  • Position Type: Hourly
  • Shift: Monday-Thursday 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM, Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Compensation: $20-25 per hour based on experience
  • This position includes health benefits, paid time off, and holiday pay.
