Responsibilities

  • Responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion.
  • Work closely with the client and contracting teams to deliver high quality services spanning program management, strategic and operational planning, governance, policy development and analysis, and data analysis.
  • Oversee large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces and deliver projects in a successful and timely manner.
  • Manage complex projects and programs, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor the performance of program teams, providing feedback and development opportunities as needed.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate/make trade-offs, and balance stakeholder needs within project constraints.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes throughout the lifecycle of the program.
  • Analyze data to provide insights into performance improvements or adjustments needed.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and other team members within the program, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards across all projects, ensuring that deliverables meet company expectations.





Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in Program/Project Management
  • Strong experience managing projects and programs across the complete lifecycle from planning and initiation to closeout
  • Strong understanding of systems and operability, data and how to get buy in from stakeholders
  • Expert-level competency with Microsoft Suite applications
  • Project Management-relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Government FAC PM Level III (Preferred, not required)
