What will your role be?
The Data Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the strategic development of the Solution HR Digital portfolio during a period of transformation. This position focuses on building analytics products that facilitate human-driven analysis of real-world data, delivering an intuitive user experience with a broad range of analytic capabilities. The Data Engineer will work under the guidance and responsibility of the Analytics & Data Manager, collaborating closely with HR and other stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
Activities:
- Evaluate the analytic needs and objectives of internal business customers
- Design and implement data visualization solutions that effectively communicate data insights
- Provide both functional and technical guidance on data visualization needs to business customers and stakeholders
- Analyze and organize complex data sets to support decision-making processes
- Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to structure raw data into organized formats
- Create database objects that facilitate effective data visualizations
- Develop visualizations using a variety of tools to present data in clear and comprehensible formats
- Deliver projects and packages within the frameworks set by the Analytics & Data Manager
- Collaborate with other HR team members to support all analytics team activities, including development, maintenance, and operations
What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
- 3 years of experience in building data pipelines and setting up health checks with data pipelines.
- 3 years of experience in developing data products for Machine Learning models and develop Machine Learning models.
- 3 years of proven experience in business and data analysis
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in delivering products and solutions using agile and/or waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes for data transformation and integration.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of HR processes and systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
