We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional who can effectively handle high volume of incoming calls with clients, schedule appointments for technicians, and build optimized service routes for field technicians.

***This is a very critical role in the company that requires a skilled, motivated, and highly experienced service/construction coordinator who is an expert scheduler and service technician dispatcher.

Overall, this person will be pivotal in helping with the growth of the business by successfully serving customers and productively managing our field technicians. Responsibilities:

  • Field a high-volume of calls from customers requiring inspections, replacements, and other services in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule, coordinate and confirm appointments with clients that are convenient days and times for customers.
  • Build and optimize daily routes for technicians.
  • Schedule and dispatch the appropriate technician, ensuring they have needed parts and equipment.
  • Ensure ongoing and effective communications with all parties to manage changes and updates to ensure timely service.
  • Support other operational requirements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • 5 – 7 years' experience in construction trades or similar fast-moving commercial building services businesses that include product, routine inspections, and time and materials services a plus.
  • Experience in dispatch, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • A problem-solver with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent communication, organization skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Minimum high school graduate. Additional education and training preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computed-based tools to include Microsoft Office and scheduling similar software.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
