RESPONSIBILITIES:

A significant portion of the workload will include defending public entities in Tort Claim matters, as well as §1983 Civil Rights litigation. This work will consist of the following responsibilities:

  • Drafting discovery demands and working with clients to respond to discovery.
  • Research and drafting in connection with motion practice.
  • Defending and taking depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
  • Working with medical providers, including experts.
  • Appearances in state and federal courts.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Superior academic credentials
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills
  • Must be bar admitted in the state of New Jersey
  • Must have New Jersey State court experience (federal court experience is a plus, but not required)
