Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our team at Keches Law Group PC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing telephone communications, producing information, and coordinating case preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

The role will involve:

  • Managing telephone communications for assigned attorneys
  • Producing information by transcribing, formatting, and retrieving text, data, and graphics
  • Coordinating case preparation and requesting reports and medical records
  • Reviewing and summarizing medical records for proceedings
  • Performing research with limited direction
  • Interface and communicate with insurance companies
  • Filing and following up on all automobile claims
  • Maintaining client confidence and enhancing the reputation of the department and the organization

Requirements:

  • Experience as a personal injury paralegal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Litify, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Able to maintain professional relationships through excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Paralegal certificate or degree
  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment and requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
