We are currently seeking an HR Manager to work with a global specialty chemical manufacturing company in Beaumont, TX.


Position Summary: This position will support all levels of leadership focusing on various Human Resources areas such as labour relations, employee retention, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, training, onboarding programs, and general HR policies and procedures, etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business and
  • departmental goals
  • Enhances the organization’s human capital by planning, implementing, and evaluating
  • employee relations and human resources policies, programs, training and practices
  • Maintains the work structure by routinely reviewing and updating job requirements and job
  • descriptions to maintain compliance with related laws and regulations.
  • Assist in coordinating the compensation pay plan; reviews pay survey data, recommends pay ranges for new positions, et.


Essential Skills and Experience:


  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resource supervisory role
  • Experience process payroll and other workforces management software
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases to analyze, and forecast trends; uses data to drive
  • decision making
  • Labour relations and knowledge and understanding of EEO laws, Affirmative Action and
  • conflict resolution
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law, knowledge and understanding of EEO laws, affirmative
  • Action and conflict resolution and HR best practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to perform work related tasks
  • (presentations, reports, training content, metrics, and outcomes, etc.),
  • Working Knowledge of various Electronic Document Management Systems (Sharepoint,
  • Sharepoint Online, Ineight, Projectwise)
