This person will be responsible for leading the day-to-day HR programs to support key business groups. The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid HR generalist background and have strong knowledge in employee relations and compliance.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee HR activities and ensure company is in compliance with policies and laws
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and work with managers to resolve employee relations issues
  • Develop and manage HR practices and processes to support employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll and compliance
  • Establish and manage full life cycle of recruitment and use a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques as needed to obtain a pool of well-qualified candidates.
  • Provide performance management guidance to managers to ensure proper coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions are taking place
  • Support change management and employee engagement efforts
  • Build strong relationships with both employees and business leaders across the organization


Qualifications needed:

  • 8+ years of high performing HR generalist experience with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll and benefits
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to partner with cross functional teams to deliver effective HR solutions
  • Experience developing and managing HR programs and policies
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis
  • HR, SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification a plus
