POSITION OVERVIEW

A small, very stable, established Financial Services firm is looking for a Chief People Officer. This is an amazing opportunity to build out the HR department, focus on developing culture, and improve the onboarding process and new hire training for a firm looking to jump to the next level. This role offers you a seat at the table and an opportunity to make a major impact.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

Benefits: The company contributes 50% towards the single/low plan. Once the employee reaches 6 months, the company contributes 100% towards the single/low plan. If the employee elects the med or high plan, the employee will cover the difference. Dental/Vision is 100% on the employee. If the employee elects to take dental, the company will cover the vision 100%.
