Contract: 4 Months

Pay: $32-37/hr


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reserve rooms and space for training programs.
  • Prepare, update, and distribute training materials to trainees.
  • Update PowerPoint presentations as requested by Sales Training Managers.
  • Coordinate lodging, transportation, and meals for training events.
  • Maintain the training event calendar in Outlook and update details on Cvent.
  • Work onsite during training events.
  • Administer e-learning programs and surveys via Compliance Wire, Articulate, and Qualtrics.
  • Manage office and training supplies and demo product orders.
  • Coordinate with IT and AV vendors for webinars, training, and meetings.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience; 3 years in a training or sales support role.
  • Experience with travel coordination, meeting planning, and multi-tasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with SmartSheets and Cvent is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. for training materials.
