Systems Intelligence Analyst (Yardi Analyst) to join our team at our Home Office in Irvine, CA

Job Summary

Maintenance of Yardi ASP ERP and associated integrated information systems. This position would be responsible for each area to include:

  • Monitor the helpdesk and respond timely to open tickets.
  • User account, group, and menu provisioning.
  • Software upgrades, testing, and deployment.
  • Support requests.
  • Integration oversight and troubleshooting.
  • Program change documentation.
  • ETL imports and exports.


Essential Functions

  • Primary responsibility will be maintaining business application functions and user requests at corporate and remote locations. Work with divisional management, users, and corporate management in support of application functionality and custom-developed solutions.
  • Assist the business owners in creating application operating policies, workflows, processes, reporting, and procedures for full-cycle property accounting with the business owners, but not limited to, the following:

Examples are:

1. Senior Living Management

2. Fixed Assets

3. Cash Management

4. Banking Positive Pay and Reconciliations

5. Balance Sheet Reconciliations

6. General Ledger Entries

7. Financial Statement Preparation

8. Job Cost

9. Converting information from other ERP systems into Yardi.

  • Responsible for resolving application support requests for business applications, assisting in change requests, and application upgrades.


Community Operations Responsibilities:

  • Assist and monitor application procedures, processes, workflows and policies in support of management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of integrated systems.


Corporate Operations Responsibilities:

  • Work with the corporate division management for compliance related requests and management of the application relationship with the software providers. Help develop custom reporting templates and dashboards.
  • Assist in the development of data analytic reports as needed.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree in business administration, accounting/finance, or a related field is desired but not required
  • 1+ years’ experience working with Yardi application accounting software (Rent Café, CheckScanner, and other related modules is a plus)
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and able to perform duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, composition, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Ability to adequately prioritize projects and communicate progress/blockers
