Responsibilities:


1. Troubleshooting, circuit boards, sensors, and robotic components.

2. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to address concerns, provide assistance, and offer guidance on machine usage.

3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, issues, and solutions for future reference.


Requirements:


1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting circuit boards, robotic systems, and related technologies.

2. Handyman Skills: Ability to perform hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks.

3. Common Sense: Apply logical thinking and common sense to quickly assess and resolve issues in a dynamic environment.

4. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and report technical details.

5. Flexibility: Willingness to travel to different locations if needed. Flexible Schedule.

6. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French or German is a major plus.
