Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at the Law Offices of Sylvia S. Costantino, Esq., LLC in Red Bank, NJ. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues, preparing and filing motions, writing briefs, and representing clients in family law matters. This is an excellent opportunity to learn this niche area of law, and offers excellent potential for increasing your income.


Qualifications

  • Experience practicing in Family Law, preferably at least two (2) years
  • Excellent writing skills including drafting Motions, Briefs, Correspondence, and other Documents
  • Strong prioritization skills and time management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and will train on My Case and Easy Soft programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Judicial Clerkship in Family Law, recommended but not required
  • Admission to New Jersey Bar and in good standing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


Compensation

  • Compensation commensurate with experience practicing exclusively in Family Law.
  • Salary plus bonus, and additional compensation based on generation
