LHH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Account Manager and Team Lead for our client, an industry leader in the Mobile Drives sector. This exciting opportunity will allow you to spearhead strategic growth initiatives, foster strong customer relationships, and lead a talented regional team.

This full-time position offers competitive compensation within a salary range of $100,000 to $140,000, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to collaborate with a global team in a cutting-edge, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Expand market share through regional and global account development, while acquiring new customers in target markets.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Manage and develop the North American Mobile Drives team, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Provide superior technical support and training, building trust and satisfaction with customers.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee customer projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Market Presence: Enhance visibility through advertising, trade shows, and market analyses to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Travel: Up to 50% travel to support customer needs and team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Degree in electrical/electronic engineering preferred, with additional business administration education a plus.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven sales experience, ideally in power electronics or automotive e-mobility sectors.
  • Leadership Experience: Strong track record of team management and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of embedded software, mobile equipment applications, and auxiliary motor commissioning is a significant advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
