ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain the annual training plan and schedule
  • Use experience and knowledge to contribute to training methods and strategies
  • Work with a team of part-time contributors to develop trainings and content
  • Administration of the LMS, including creating, maintaining and deploying trainings
  • Serve as the POC for training communications
  • Provide in-person support to training presenters when needed
  • Collect and analyze feedback
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and analyzing reporting on training


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a training capacity
  • Learning content development
  • Development of standard LMS files (e.g. SCORM)
  • Development of training modules to deploy in an LMS
  • Administration of an LMS
  • Expert Level Powerpoint Skills
  • Basic Video editing with software such as Camtasia or (similar)
  • Must bring creativity, innovation and passion to our training team


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Presentation visuals/graphics design


EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Formal education or certification in Instructional Design
  • Training content and presentation specific education (certificates, relevant degrees, etc.)
