">The expected salary range for this position is between $53,520.90 and $93,918.96 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
">Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Specialist to create engaging training programs tailored to our enrollment team's needs. This role will focus on developing strategic methodologies, consultative selling, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive onboarding and ongoing learning experiences that align with the enrollment team's strategic goals.">
- Create content that enhances key skills for fostering prospect engagement and conversion, such as relationship building, active listening, and personalized communication.">
- Design assessments and quizzes to gauge learning outcomes and identify areas where additional support or training may be needed.">
- Analyze performance data and gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to pinpoint skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions.">
- Collaborate with enrollment leaders and subject matter experts to incorporate current best practices and industry standards into training materials.">
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools to build interactive modules showcasing effective enrollment techniques in action.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.">
- Proven experience in instructional design, specifically in developing training for sales teams or enrollment advisors in higher education.">
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including consultative sales and pipeline management.">
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and experience managing content within an LMS.">
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.">
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.">
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and sales training.">
