Job Overview: We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and selling our comprehensive range of office technology solutions to businesses in your assigned territory. As an OBM Sales Representative, you will have the best of both worlds – working for a strong local company selling products and solutions provided by world-class leaders in the business technology industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our products and services
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with our team of specialists to propose customized solutions based on client needs
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B outside sales, preferably in office technology or related industry
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities and track progress
