The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Sales Representative who brings a unique combination of B2B sales expertise and hands-on restaurant industry experience. If you've worked in restaurants and transitioned to a successful sales career, you'll understand our clients' pain points firsthand – making you the perfect advocate for our solutions.

What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close, with emphasis on consultative selling
- Leverage your hospitality background to build instant credibility with decision-makers
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that speak directly to operators' challenges
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through both inbound leads and strategic prospecting
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
- Provide valuable market feedback to our product team based on customer interactions
Who You Are
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrable success in closing deals
- At least 2 years of restaurant/hospitality operational experience (FOH, BOH, or management)
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and cost management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to hospitality businesses
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and integration technologies
- Background in restaurant management or consulting
- Experience with Hubspot and hospitality management software
- Multi-unit or enterprise restaurant sales experience
